Looks good to me (LGTM), just a few minor changes and then I can merge it. The main one being the reference to an image that doesn't exist in example_pipeline/find_bounding_box.ipynb
Updated file paths to look up to example segmented image

Added second render to get segmented mask. Edits to install_and_enable_addons_render.py, run_RandomiserBlender.sh and blend_files.
