It's been a year, but I'm back with a fresh release!

In this release, I've made some big changes:

• Added a new, huge ad blocker update!
  The ad blocker now has over 1.1 million blocked URLs! From tracking sites, to just malware, ads will be gone! I also made the ad blocker run async so as to not impact your browsing performance.
• Added a broken download manager. This will be fixed in the next release.

Note: Reddit is BROKEN in this release! Still trying to work out the kinks. There's a reason the browser is in alpha!

Also, if you run and build the browser locally, please make sure you have the dependencies necessary.

v0.0.5alpha - minor-ish update

Hello again! Here are the changes I've made today:

• Added Qwant as a search engine option
• Added a refresh button in the toolbar next to the stop button and the ability to refresh pages.

In the next release, I want to get rid of the stop function, but let me know if you want me to keep it.

This release is a special one, since we've officially hit 300 lines of code! (308 to be exact ;) )

Please for the love of all that's good, make sure you have all modules in your IDE/in the project folder.

Also, since this is very early alpha, I wouldn't recommend logging into your bank with the browser, but I can't tell you what to do.

Changes:

• This is a quick hotfix release to address the tab crash bug.

Solution:

• The browser will now detect when the last tab is closed and then immediately open a new one to prevent any crashes.

Once again, please ensure when you build the browser locally, that you have all modules installed on your IDE/in the project folder.

Changes:

• Added the option to delete your browser cookies in settings
• Removed the "Default "Browser" option as it has no use as of right now.

Important

As of right now, the browser has no .exe installer. If you want to build it on your machine, please make sure that you have all of the correct modules (you can see this in the code).

v0.0.3alpha - major update!

Hello, for this update, after 7 hours of blood, sweat and tears, I've added a built-in dark mode, a built-in adblocker, and a tab system as well as the option to choose a default search engine (Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing and Ecosia) and integrate search and web addresses both in the URL bar, instead of having to navigate to Google to perform searches.

Important!

Please download the source and then build it from there as I don't have a .exe installer quite yet.

Also, if you do choose to build from source, please make sure you have PyQt5.QtCore, PyQt5.QtWidgets, PyQt5.QtGui and PyQt5.QtWebEngineWidgets

Heyo! This time, we've added an installer for folks to actually run it. Again, it should be noted that this is not stable, but I'm not stopping you from installing it.
