Trade+ 3.71

The experience points trading seems to be a bit confusing, so I have added a new placeholder %LEVELS% for the extras.experience.theiroffer config option.

It will say for example "Their experience points offer is 100 (+6 levels)"

Hopefully this is a nicer experience. Please give me your feedback in a private message if you have any ideas to improve Trade+

Also included in this release is Trade+ version 3.70: Add VotingPlugin points support

This update adds support for VotingPlugin so you can trade the vote points you earn.
