On the latest VM download there is no user called thehive, it's just an admin account

The current VM for TheHive uses both thehive and admin, note that verbiage referencing the system account not the web application.

If anything an additional reference to the web application credentials should be present.

Keep this line. It is a reference to the VM itself, not the web application.

this is why the point is named Training VM system account

Move this line to precede the current line 19 with the reference to Cortex.

Text should read, "TheHive superAdmin account : admin/thehive1234

there is a difference btw system and application accounts.
