对于模板的使用用法，其实有没有办法提供一个配置，也是使用 plugin 触发，减少 popup 的实例，使用一个全局的单例去实现，本质上类似于，获得元素的 over 或者 click 事件后，调用 plugin，对于超多 plugin，但只有一个同时触发的时候，能够以比较低的改造成本获得性能优化的效果 |
