Finally got I2S output working!
Add options for various sample rates with I2S (16kHz, 24kHz, 32kHz, 44kHz supported)
Add option for Stereo vs Mono input/output with I2S
Move platform specific example files to Platforms folder
Add a bunch of nRF52x examples
Improve buffering for Input & Output
