Registration: Students register themselves by entering their bus no., class etc. Upon registration, each student receives a unique QR code. Scanning QR code: Students show their QR code to the app on bus driver's phone. The driver's phone, mounted to windshield, scans the QR code. Driver will know how many students are left to be picked up. Attendance tracking: This updates the student's presence in the bus in real-time with timestamps. An entry is made to a Google Sheets file having annual attendance record. Real-time status update: Parents & teachers can check students’ bus status with timestamps. Class teachers get a roll number wise organised list of their students.
