Stealth-Ruler is a command and control tool designed to operate over the Tor network, developed in Python3.

• Screenshot: Take a screenshot of the target machine.
• Webcam: Take a picture using the webcam of the target machine.
• Keylogger: Record keystrokes of the target machine.
• Persistence: Maintain persistence on the target machine.
• Privilege Escalation: Escalate privileges on the windows target machine.
• Send all: Execute the command on all the connected targets.
