Over the past 10+ years, minority of users (including myself 😢) have been experiencing strange behaviors with their devices, specifically with their gaming PCs, and consoles. This website provides all of the symptoms, failed solutions and fixes we have tried. This issue is getting more widely spread, hopefully we will all found a solution to this someday 😭
Mouse feels floaty, on ice, does not feel linear, feels like you are drunk, and unable to aim at your targets.

When moving with your mouse or keyboard, it feels very stuttery, G-sync does not help.

Even with a high refresh rate 240hz monitor, Moving your mouse on desktop/in game does not feel smooth, it feels like an unstable 60fps. 60hz monitors feel much worse than what they should.
The visual quality of the monitor is not as good as it should be. The graphics look very dull, shimmering and distracting, more than usual. Antialiasing does not do anything on any game.

The issue is present on the desktop (while less noticeable) and in-game. Dragging windows around feels very stuttery.

No. We have spent so much money on buying the latest and greatest hardware with no fix. While these issues may sound like simple fixes, they are not. We have also tried pretty much EVERY regedit, NVIDIA control panel (and AMD) options, in which none of them worked.
Strangely, changes we make, whether in hardware or software, it gives temporary improvements. Things may be fixed for 30 mins to months depending on what we change. Then, the problem slowly comes back. What do I mean by that? Well, the floaty feeling does not suddenly come back, it comes back, just like a dimmer switch. This signifies that this could be related to an electrical issue or some interference. Because of this strange behavior, most people think that we are lost, and its all in our head, but please trust us. This problem exists, and is very frustrating to deal with.
Buying a new, expensive power supply only temporary fixes the issue for around a week to a month.
Temporary fix, lasts around a week to a month.
While many UPSes are very expensive, Some have tried to use an UPS to fix this problem, unfortunately it did not work.
Does not make a difference, maybe small temporary effect, as with any changes.
Moving the cables around temporary fixes the problem for 5-10 mins, but the effect starts to disappear after a few attempts.
While not everyone has the option to do this, some have. There are mixed results, Some say that this is the fix. However, some have tried this with no fix.
While there are many more regedit commands to try, This isn't a true solution. Why do we have to make regedit changes to fix this issue? However, for now, theres no known regedit change that has fixed this issue, only temperament.
Reducing game settings gives a temporary effect for 10 minutes or so. Enabling anti-aliasing does not do anything.
Gives a temporary effect for 10 minutes or so.
After installing Linux, we can feel the floaty feeling right on the desktop. In game, there is no difference compared to Windows. This signifies that this is not an issue with the OS level.
