If vuex-electron is enabled in build:web, a error, Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'fs', occurs.

process.env.IS_WEB？
Where is it defined? I set process.env.IS_WEB = true in store/index . But Uncaught TypeError: r.existsSync is not a function still exist.
