TDSM Rebind server modification for Terraria 1.3.0.8.
Changes to be confirmed for the release as there has been significant changes other the many months.
Since this is not an actual release yet there still may be issues, so please create a new issue if you encounter problems. In addition this will still read as B5 as like the repo Binaries files do.
Major changes include:
The old TDSM API is now known as OTAPI and lives in a separate GitHub repository.
Heavily reduce memory usage (OTAPI)
New data provider using Dapper and Fluent Migrator (OTAPI) (more database support then ever before)
Server side characters
Web server (for files and API)
