Update and fix composer.json, clear sniffs warnings and errors #836

The composer.json is reorganised in order to make commands like phpcs, phpcs-fix and lint triggering and working within CI.
Reports from the phpcs in CI investigated and most of the warnings and errors cleared and fixed.

Others are excluded within phpcs.xml file and those need to be cleared after checking how it's gonna affect the workflow in general;
All the tests, both phpunit and integration working as expected
