1148 Rename initial Mobility file and Vaccination file for simulation

Changes and Information

Please briefly list the changes (main added features, changed items, or corrected bugs) made:

• The name for the vaccination file is outdated in the epidata Package. Now use vacc_county_ageinf
• Remove default mobility matrix file. And move Germany dependent mobility in own dir
• Extend function getSimulationData to really provide all files to execute the simulations.
