If you are on Windows OS, then you have to have WAMP server. Then clone this project into WWW folder. start WAMP server.
If you are on Linux OS, You can setup LAMP server. Here is blog post you can install all the things and have instruction to run PHP project
Then go to web browser and type on URL field:
After you have to point to folder that you cloned project folder.
