Since last merge into master:

• Added a motion control class for Prior Z lift stages
• Laser bannedWavelengths property allows power users to block users from choosing wavelengths that are not working well. See laser.m properties for more information.
• Selecting new sample now ensures the Save checkbox in ScanImage is not enabled. This fixes a rare user problem.
