Encounter "failed to create mailbox device" problem by using the LED strip

Hello, as the title says, i have problem when i try to run the LED strip node. I tried with a simple python file and it comes out that without sudo rights, the same error appears with the mailbox creation, but it works when i do "sudo python3 test.py".
Does anyone have the same issue or maybe a solution to this
