Add encryption and autodiscovery

Adds options for encryption of notifications and also zeroconf based service discovery, without having to manually enter IPs and port numbers. Compatible with this version of the app.

Add Application Icons

Apps sending notifications will also have their icon sent to the server and drawn, showing what app it comes from at a glance. Compatible with this version of the app.
