this PR updates
litecommands-minestomto the latest snapshot version32735340d7.Furthermore I created a
PermissionResolverand added it as setting toLiteMinestomSettings. It's just an interface, which enables the user to check the permissions by himself instead of relying on minestom's api. Minestom itself removed it's permission support and only provides a permission level on the theirPlayerbut this permission level can't be used for "traditional" permission checking.It also adds a
ConsoleOnlyContextProvider.
