RBAC support++

The Good

This release brings few fixes and a new feature IDP Mode 'authorization': #4 This effectively enables IDMs to use RBAC (Role Based Access Control) with Umbrella.

Maxmind changed their licensing, and this broke out builds. We changed few things to support GeoIP and also acknowledge their attribution.

Docker file available in docker hub. Due to the maxmind changes, you need your own license key.

The Bad

The documentation has been neglegted for a long time. This trend continues, but we aim to fix it with the FIWARE folks.

End of an era

This will be the last foreseeable release from our crew. We have agreed on a joint effort with FIWARE and they have their own fork and we'll contribute to that join effort in the future. This will bring joy to many, as together we are stronger.
