test(io): rename jwt-role-claim-key*.config dump files

These files were added to cover the config dumping of string comparison operators in JSPath. Renaming and adding a comment in these to make it clear.

Looks like loadtest jwt-rsa-cache-worst failing with:

That one is flaky, will just restart for now. (maybe we can delete if it keeps giving issues)
