Getting Started

This tool was made for the Revive101 Community, a (soon) free2play revival of Wizard101!

Usage

There are 2 ways to use this tool:

1. Drag one or more .wad files onto the executable
2. Start the executable with arguments like

   .\kiwad_unpacker.exe C:\Path\To\File.wad

   or if you want to select multiple (example for Linux)

   ./kiwad_unpacker ./file.wad ../../wads/files.wad

Unpacked files will appear in a output/NAME.wad folder located in the executable directory

Warning

Windows Defender can be quite sensitive when it comes to using this tool. It might cause the CPU usage to spike up to 100% as Windows Defender scans and analyzes every single file. To ensure smooth operation, consider creating an exception for the tool's folder.
