Any unassigned issue is up for grabs. If you are working on something, assign it to yourself
Commit all changes to editorial-updates branch
Add needs-review label to any issue if you want someone else to take a look at your changes
Remove the needs-review label after reviewing a change

We're trying this model as of Feb 1 2019
