Description of changes

Adds an easy way to override the sources for uboot and OpenSBI, this makes it easier for someone to switch to a the vendor's u-boot and OpenSBI.

Things done
  • Tested the changes in your own NixOS Configuration
  • Tested the changes end-to-end by using your fork of nixos-hardware and
    importing it via <nixos-hardware> or Flake input
