Merge pull request #59 from VineetKG/handle-UK-country-code-conflicts

Issue:
In the country json, UK country code (44) has a conflict with 3 other countries, hence causing an issue when entering phone numbers. Irrespective of the phone number entered, the flag for the first country in the list (Guernsey) is selected.

Resolution:

Increased possible length for code check to 7, i.e. (country code + area code)
Added area codes for UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey. Source: http://www.prokerala.com
