If you're using a previous version of this app to manage your Grin in Ledger Live Desktop/Mobile, then the Slatepack address that Ledger Live Desktop/Mobile displays when receiving Grin won't match the Slatepack address displayed on your hardware wallet when using this version of the app. This is due to changes to the Slatepack address derivation in the app. You can fix this in Ledger Live Desktop/Mobile by removing and re-adding your Grin account, sending some Grin once, or receiving some Grin once.
