📝 Description of the pull request, what, why and where
This PR introduces localization for Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), making the app more accessible to Taiwanese users.
strings.xmlresource file.app/src/main/res/values-zh-rTW/strings.xml.All user-facing strings have been translated according to the official language conventions used in Taiwan.
