Earthdata email update

This is a pull request to update the Earthdata support email address in the error message. The email address has been updated to '[email protected]'.

Code changes: The following changes are made in the check_messages_override.json and ruleset.json. In the check_messages_override.json, the email address was updated in the 13 different schema checks. These include

• location_gcmd_check
• organization_short_name_gcmd_check
• organization_long_name_gcmd_check
• instrument_short_name_gcmd_check
• instrument_long_name_gcmd_check
• platform_short_name_gcmd_check
• data_format_gcmd_check
• platform_long_name_gcmd_check
• spatial_keyword_gcmd_check
• platform_type_gcmd_check
• campaign_short_name_gcmd_check
• campaign_long_name_gcmd_check

In the ruleset.json, the email address is updated in Instrument Long Name Check and Instrument Short Name Check.
