Update 3.2.0:

  • Using tabulated differential cross sections from precalculated files (significantly speeds up calculations, with only marginal increase in memory and disk-space demands)
  • Option to set only valence-band (and/or phonon) CDF in cdf-file
  • Support for compilation without OpenMP added
  • Gnuplots of energy densities converted to eV/atom
  • Bugfixes and patches (including compilation with OpenMP in Linux)

Update 3.1.2:

Minor bugfixes (+ test and experimental options for further development)

Update 3.1.1:

TREKIS-3 made universal, with automatic fitting of CDF coefficients in the single-pole approximation (if user did not provide well-fitted coefficient for the material of choice). See manual for details and description of approximations used. Also, gnuplot-calls are added to visualize the results (shell-scripts are created in the output directory).
