Health Auto Export exports over 100 health data metrics and more than 70 workout types in JSON, CSV and GPX format. Automate exports to any REST API, using Shortcuts, and sync data to Mac and iPad.

API Export allows you to sync Apple Health data to external services via REST API. Data can be sent via a POST request in JSON or CSV format. API Export enables you to create your own health database, share your data with others, or analyze data using a third-party analytics service.
