Need to upgrade Node version Node.js 6.x and affected lambdas with latest Node for security and feature/speed updates.

Adding need to upgrade now from 8.x as well to 10.x, specifically in AWS. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/runtime-support-policy.html
