The test calls clEnqueueSignalSemaphoresKHR using the producer queue, and clEnqueueWaitSemaphoresKHR using the consumer queue.
It only flushes only the consumer queue (blocking clEnqueueReadBuffer), but never the producer queue which causes the test to never finish as the semaphore is never signalled.
