Hysopt diversity factor

Add a diversity factor to a Hysopt model.

usage

Export a hysopt model as file
place the file in "unit_test data" folder
open command prompt in root folder of this project
run python -i app.py
enter file name of Hysopt export
enter diversity factor between 0 and 1
upload generated file from "unit_test data/output" to Hysopt
...
profit!
