Keep development in a single repo

Related to issue #44 , I think it is muuuch better (and saves the burden from all other users) to have a single repo for all the development updates.

The SNAX cluster already experienced several separate developments which either (1) get forgotten and (2) lead to more debugging or fixing time rather than

This can be implemented after this tapeout. We can even try to replace the whole TCDM for better performance.

I have several more dreams 😂😂:

1. A 64-bit snitch core
2. Full removal of TCDM
3. A better mechanism to handle inter-core message, preferably implemented on the system level.

I agree haha but of course, we only have limited time in our PhD 😄

If we were a company SURE! haha

But yeah... but these things we only realize now because we did see the limitations from the current system.
