New: Support for Amazon Polly Text-To-Speech Standard and Neural voices added.
New: Ability to save synthesised voices as MP3, WAV or ITU-T G.711 µ-law or A-law files.
New: Ability to apply pitch, rate and volume effect on Amazon Neural voices (enabled by default).
New: Ability save large text block into a single audio file i.e you can disable message splitting into sentences.

Monitor 3.1.4.0 • Addon 8.2.5.7 - 2019-10-14

Added new messages sending and capturing method. How it works:

1. WoW Addon converts text messages to color pixels and displays them on the first line of game window.
2. Monitor will capture first line of pixels and convert it back to the text message and use Text-to-Speech to convert it to voice.

Monitor is no longer require to run as an Administrator, because it is no longer use old network traffic capturing method, which required elevated permissions.

Fixed: Monitor issue when exactly same message was skipped from the playback queue.
