Adds correction for light propagation from the shower position to the downstream end of the ECAL crystals, which makes the reconstruction compatible with a recent change to HDGeant. This means that the base time offsets will be need to be adjusted by 1-2 ns. Changed the functional form for the energy correction to the shower energy, with parameters stored in the ccdb.
The functional form is Eshower=p1*Ecluster+p2/sqrt(Ecluster)+p3/Ecluster.
For the shower time, used the crystal with the highest energy instead of a weighted average.
