Description

Format Converter Tool can convert many kinds of file format to another format, including 【Word to PDF】, 【PDF to Word】, 【Excel to PDF】, 【Merge PDF】, 【Merge Word】, 【Convert File to Byte Array】, 【Convert Byte Array to File】.

It is written in C# and uses Windows Forms for its graphical user interface (GUI).
