Restores missing vampire player bark sounds when attacking. I have no idea what the chance for them to play is in original Daggerfall, so I chose a value that seems somewhat reasonable.

Thank for addressing existing issues!

For the odds, I think 20% is about the odds for "movement" vs "attack" sounds on enemies, I'd have to check. But seems fine to me
