I've been running this patch and the associated patches from the InfiniTime PR that uses it without any noticeable issues on a PineTime. Hopefully this can get merged at some point, this is a huge improvement for any users that need accents or non-default glyphs |

Fallback font enables us to add a very small addition glyph for languages that only contains a handfuls of alphabet outside of the ascii range. Without this, language specific fonts would need to duplicate everything in the ascii range.
