Thinking about it for more than a moment, I'd rather add this to ipl-stdlib. Potentially by a UuidObjectStorage and a UuidProvider (which implements getUuid(): UuidInterface). But we should talk about this in detail, for which there is not enough time now. The fixes in x509 and reporting should be sufficient for the time being.
