updated readme and some stuff. idk honestly, just making this so i have a more up-to-date release for my PKGBUILD (which won't be saved here anymore)

Feel free to alias cat='lolcat' at this point, there should be no bugs, performance is great, and for stuff like concatenating files it is still good since it only displays color when to a terminal.
