Add gnu-getopt to audit allowlist

Many formulas still need `gnu-getopt` formula to provide extended `getopt` functionality, and as of sonoma, this is still not provided by macos Including this exception to workaround `brew audit --new` Signed-off-by: Cristian Le <[email protected]>
