A small hotfix update for Monterey users, plus minor improvements to README.

Hotfix for Monterey users:

  • Fixed a potential launch issue with fetching environment path; now relying directly on Homebrew shellenv

Documentation:

  • Improved README with hotkey setup guidance and updated information for Monterey users about the need for php via Homebrew
  • Homebrew is now a requirement for any users on MacOS Monterey (before it was technically just a strong recommendation)
