Remove differences between generated merged files and upstream #288

The upstreamed files in vim remove this manually, so it is useful to have it handled automatically when generating the files.
The upstream files use `source` to include the common file.
This mimics the structure in the vim repo

The merge script now does the following to get it in sync with the upstreamed files in vim:
yats_host_keywordwithtypescript_host_keyword, see Upstream syntax files are outdated #277 (comment)typescript.vim,typescriptreact.vimandshared/typescriptcommon.vimas they are found in the vim repo, so they can easily be copied over.
