Revises the City Wall texture used in nb01/nb02 to remove details that would cause streaks in the overhead skybox. This new texture was sourced from the high-definition version of this same graphic contained in Intangibles files to prevent unnecessary loss from compression.
This is an interim fix, and is intended to be replaced by the more involved mesh, uv and texture fixes developed by @Hazado, @Emor-Dni-Lap et al. as part of #52 Lake Lighting Project once they are ready - Hazado has indicated this interim fix is OK in the meantime.
