Theres still a bug, where the AwaitTask doesnt get removed from the queue in EventWaiter, i dont know why. Will work on it tomorrow!

Added custom EventWaiter for better configurability and accessibility whilst waiting for an event. Needed for the new /embed command.
Also implemented a shutdown hook and an auto-start option (4th argument) as requestead in the old project board.
