Download the EXE anywhere you want. Add it as a non-steam game to your Steam games on the host/game PC. On your other PC or laptop go to Steam games and find SteamLink PC2PC and choose to stream it. From there you can click to minimize to desktop or launch other programs you've predefined. (Must be run as admin to save)
