TimeRegistration uses a fingerprint device to log all INs and OUTs of each staff member.
The first (Planned/Blue) column of schedules is entered in the planner (see below).
The middle (Clocked/Orange) column shows all logs of each staff member (not rounded).
The last (Registered/Green) column is the registered logs (also rounded),
you can choose the modulus (round up/down to 15/20/30/... mins) in cofiguration form.
The last 3 columns show the calculated totals and the difference between them. Planned, Registered, Difference.
Here you can mutate or add logs for specific staff member for specific day.
Doubleclick on planner to add new schedule (see below).
RMB on schedule item to set its type to Sick/Vacation/Normal.
Use the timeline to indicate the time span of the schedule or the time pickers above...
