This was done to avoid an ambiguity in the ordering of the bits in the
filename.
modified: _scene_dataset.py - modified to parse pq_tests_run value
from the dq_statement retrived from metadata.
modified: _scene_dataset.xml - modified to return the metadata from
DATAQUALITY-LINEAGE-STATEMENT as dq_statement.
…mes. The alternate times come from the EODS_DATASET. The xml had to be modified to allow for a slightly different format than the other datetimes. modified: ULA3/dataset/_scene_dataset.py modified: ULA3/dataset/_scene_dataset.xml
