import gappy

bot = gappy.Bot(TOKEN)
app = Flask(__name__)

def parse_request():
    msg = request.form
    content_type = msg['type']
    chat_id = msg['chat_id']
    data = msg['data']
    bot.send_text(chat_id, data)
