A few changes to make hitsounds more reliable on maps with VNJS:

  • Hitsounds are now always scheduled just ahead of time
  • Maximum active sound effects check disabled entirely
  • Fix hitsound scheduling for notes spawned before ATSC is active

Tested on Beat Saber v1.40.3
